Day 20 @ 28th March 2008

Breakfast
4x F1 Cappucino + 150ml Soya + 250ml plain water + 2x Oats

Pagi ni timbang... berat still maintain @ 71kg.. pesal ek???
Tapi rasa mcm ringan.. ermmmm

1L plain water
600ml tea mix

Lunch
Set lunch Kenny Rogers (1/4 ayam, pasta, mashed potato, freash fruit)
Kenyang giler.... burpppppppp hehehehe

Dinner
Lontong
500ml plain water

Plain Water: 2.5L
Tea MIx: 0.6L
