Breakfast @ 8 45 am
4x F1 Cappucino + 150ml LFM + 200ml plain water + 2x oats

p/s: Not bad so I gues will stick to this menu for Cappucino

Lunch throughout Dinner
Satay...
with some nasi impit
5 spoons of fried rice
2L plain water
1.2L tea mix

Today diet tak jadi...
Why it is too hard to diet on weekends?
